1)Leave time in the morning for mindfulness

5)Read before bed-

Eight hours of sleep every night. Stick to the same sleep schedule, at least on weekdays.
6)Stay away from mobile rays-
Mobile and pc creates uv rays these rays harmful for your body and you.these ray decrease your eye visiblity.
